I like the VAPs from Victory. All assembled they are fairly heavy and I think they fly great. They also have a heavy FOC if that makes a diff to you

What do you consider "real heavy"? I shoot Easton Axis 400. My GPI is 9.0 They range from the 600s 7.2 GPI to the 260s which are 11.5 GPI.

Would be helpful to know your draw weight and length. Also what game you plan to peruse.

Check out Gold Tip. They make great arrows and they're super tough.

I don't use them but if you want a tough hard hitting arrow then definitely go with the Pile Drivers

I'll second that. I've shot both the Pile Driver Hunter and the Pile Driver Pass Thru Extreme with great success.

My draw weight is 70 lbs and a 29 draw length I got some toxic broad heads and I have been studying up on them and there have been a few reviews that say they don't get good penetration. I haven't shot at a deer with them yet but i feel like a heavy arrow will help send them home

Axis with 75 gr insert and 125 gr BH will get you over 500 grains and a high FOC.

FMJ with 75 gr insert and 125 gr BH will get you closer to 600 grains.

I shoot both (Axis 528gr - FMJ 584gr). BOTH made in USA too.

I shoot Gold Tip Kinetics in a 300 spine, they are 10.2 gpi. My total arrow weight with a 13% FOC, stacked weight upfront, and a 100gr head (160gr total upfront) is 490gr. Great arrow, check them out...def a heavy hitter!

I'll second that about the FMJ's. I use them here in South Africa and I'm happy with their performance.

Easton FMJ's I'm finding the fact fact that their thinner than the Dangerous Games they penetrate more even though their lighter.

surprised nobody mentioned the alaska grizzlystik arrow. checkout 650 challenge. FMJ's are excellent arrow's with enough weight up front IMO

I'll second that.. Gold tip kinetics work great!!! Shot a buck broadside 25 yds and arrow went thru with little hesitation. Still never found that one. I also shot a doe facing me uphill in the brisket and it came out her opposing butt cheek. If u ask me that's decent!!!! Shooting 70 lbs with a 29 draw out of a chill r. Setup is amazing!!! Try it
