I've read a bit on FOC and I guess i'm a little confused on what it really is and what it means? Can anyone shed some light on it for me? What is my FOC and why is it important

My bow is 52 lbs. my draw length is 27.5 and I shoot the Easton Axis Arrows 400 spine weighing in at 386 grains
the arrow is cut from the end of the nock to the end of shaft which measures to 28.5 inches. Chrono'd at 242fps

    I also shoot a 100 grain head.

Not sure if anyone of this helps.

    Thank you
