Has anybody shot this bow or know anything about it? It looks good on paper with an IBO of 330 and an 8" brace height, but does it deliver?

The entire monster series of bows are fantastic. They are all shooters

I'm thinking of upgrading in a few years and the MR8 looks like the best of both worlds

I've been looking at this now as well because of the draw length. I need a 31.5 and besides the Z9, this is the only other bow Mathews offers that would fit me. Have not shot one yet.

The monster bows are amazing. The Mr8 Is a awesome bow. I would differently go with any Monster. The MR series are awesome and so are the new Chills. If I were you I would shoot all the Dual Cam Mathews bows and see what you like.

Nah those MR Monster series came out a while ago, the new chill series replaced those. Best bet is finding one used in good shape still. I have been looking for a MR6 for a while now also.

I have an MR8. Really easy to shoot and has a pretty smooth draw. I went from a DXT to the MR8 and didn't have any troubles with the double cams. If you have any specific questions feel free to PM or quote me and I will get back to you.

The MR8 is a fantastic shooting bow. I was so close to buying one this year. The MR5 and MR8 will be discontinued at the end of the year, so if you want a new one, it needs to be ordered before the end of the year.
