Light Weight is the most important with cost right behind. Please give me a few options

If weight is important then they won't be cheap. I've had a lot if different brands and Lone Wolf is head and shoulders above them all. They aren't cheap though.

I'll recommend the lonewolf sticks, but I hear muddys are great too and I really like that rope system they have.

I have Muddy sticks too and they aren't as nice as Lone Wolf. Because they are shorter, you need more to get to a decent height and that makes the bundle heavier.

Anyone tried the leverage climbing sticks. They look nice great price and 2.5 pounds per sections is a great weight. Just not sure if they are junk or not?!?!

I believe Afflicted has the leverage sticks. I also thought I heard muddy was introducing longer sticks.

For me, I have LWs and have no regrets-long and lightweight.

Lone wolf's are great but steps only on one side.
Muddy's are great and have steps on both sides but are short with only two steps.
Leverage are long with steps on both side's and so I went with them. Not the precision quality of the LW or Muddy's but they get the job done.

I like muddy hunters the best, the 32" model I replace the straps on all my sticks with a rope set up, faster, quieter, lighter and easier ....
You can get a set of muddy Hunters on eBay for about 120

I gotta be honest, I don't understand why people spend top dollar on climbing sticks.

I mean unless you've got a LONG way to carry the sticks who cares?!?! It's not like comfort is important - you spend all of what 2 minutes a hunt on your climbing sticks? As long as your clipped in and your sticks are safe who really cares?

I just don't get it - I buy $50 sticks from Rural King for all my stands. Take them down and store them in the off season so they don't get torn up. I don't feel any less safe on $50 sticks compared to &150 sticks - save the money and buy another Muddy Stand.

I would go with Lone Wolf sticks if you want to be mobile. They pack easy and are easy to use.
