Looking to buy a pair of two way radios. Will be used primarily for shed hunting and farming. I'd like to be able to use them from tractor to combine in the fall so need something that wont interfere with all the gadgets in the equipment if possible.

Have a Cabela's gift card so hoping I can find something from there.

These are the ones I was looking at:
    Midland GXT895VP4 Radio Pack : Cabela's

If anyone has any reviews on these or any other two way radios, Cabela's or not, I'd love to hear it!

I have a set of Cobras that work awesome. We were using them this morning. I don't remember any specs or what model they are, but cobra makes awesome radios.

We have a set very similar to them, might be same, at work that we use when demo buildings. We've had good luck with them and they last all day on a charge. Can't really say anything about the range since we're usually fairly close. We also don't have near as many gadgets on a track hoe or skid loader so again I can't say on that but my grandparents use two way radios on the farm and as far as I know hasn't messed with anything.
