Well here is my review as of right now. 1. It came with three broken poles. 2. The elastic ties for the window and mesh have all failed to where they have stretched out about three-four inches making the black out windows non functional. 3. Over the last two months I have left four emails and two voice messages asking for help and a solution to this but have not heard back from anybody. Anyone have a contact or ideas? Thanks
