Well I was looking for a backup bow I started with the Craze which was nice but just felt to small for me then I saw the Ballistic and man it felt nice it shot smooth and it was fast it was a little more then I wanted to spend on a backup but I am a Mathews guy so I really like there Mission line. Just wondering if anybody has some experience with the ballistic and can tell me how its been preforming so far?? thanks

back up bow?!?! Oh to have the luxury...jealous moment I apologize. The only complaint I have for the balistic is the plastic limb pockets. I shoot a Venture and will for a while so I have had to live with just some shooting at shop with the Ballistic.

I was seriously looking at one and put about 40-50 shots through it and loved it. The polymer limb pockets are different, but still carry a lifetime warranty and are supposedly made of the same stuff as the Glock frame. I liked it a ton, but ended up with a bow that has a longer ATA.

:D nope...more so for their grip and angle of construction not because of their reliability or anything against their manufacturer though.

I do hear you though. Glocks are tough but it would not be my first choice for a limb pocket

Yeah my back up..lol I was looking to spend like $400 on a back up so I shot the craze it was just a bit too small for mw then I shot this and it felt super nice.... I need a sight for it I mean I shoot a single pin on my Creed a Trijicon but it an expensive sight not buying another...lol what do you guys think would be nice sight for the ballistic if I went a single pin or even pins.. And I carried a glock for year for work a 23 they are reliable guns thats all that matters... I carry a Kimber 1911 now crimson carry 4inch its a nice gun :0)

too new for it to really be for sure whether they'll last or not. Personally I would rather it not be "plastic" but I'd still shoot the thing if I wasn't shooting my Venture and chose a Ballistic.

A far as an inexpensive single pin, I would go with and Extreme archery or a lower end HHA. What rest are you using? If it were my back up bow, I'd go HHA XL-5019 sight, WB rest or Apache, Apache 8" stabilizer and an Alpine soft lock quiver. It's not mine though.
