How to tie a d loop

    5" for a normal size d loop. Take your finger and fray the end good then burn it with a lighter and blow it out. Don't let it burn long so it becomes brittle. Once tied the d loop will look short but it will stretch to a prefect size.

    That was cool, I make my D-loops 4" and then use my outer limit pliers to tighten the bad boy down.

    If you don't have a set of d loop pliers, needle nose pliers work pretty well. Just stick them in between the d loop and string and open them up. Works pretty nicely
