Hey guys and ladies, I am thinking about starting a small business making alterations to tree stands like I did to mine I am wondering how many of you who use them would possibly alter yours if you had a way to do it. I'm just trying to get a feel if this is even a viable concept to start. I am a short guy so i had to alter the rail on mine so i was comfortable shooting a gun from it. does anyone else have similar problems?

Gotta think of safety standards. Osha. Testing.. All that jazz but people bring guns to gunsmith to alter them. So I'm sure there's some market in it

Think liability and copyright infringement. If you alter another manufacturers stand and then something happens you best be covered because not only the person who used it but the company of the stand you altered can come after you.
