    It hit 105 here yesterday for about an hour and my remote sensor is under the porch canopy, up on the hand rail in the breeze in the shade. It hit 100 here by noon. Cooled off a lot today and a little rain, 81F here now.

    Was 97* here the day before yesterday. Way hot for us. We "normally" get 6 days in the 90's and so far this year we've already had 9 and 4 of our 6 usually come in August.

    I had to turn on the AC in the garage so I could get stuff done. I sweat like a fat kid if it gets above 80.

    We're in the same mess as Covey. Sunday was the hottest it has been here all summer. 100ish, 80% humidity. No matter how you cut it, it was miserable!!! It finally rained Sunday night, granted it was an inch in about 20 minutes but we needed it. Pretty nice here this morning. It is 70 here this morning. I kinda felt "cool" this morning when I left for work.
