Had anybody used this around their stand? I use it at home every year. Before it is applied, I can't walk outside without getting attacked by mosquitos. A day after I apply it, and I pretty much don't need repellent for the next couple months or so. Mosquitos like to live in the grass and weeds, especially during the day when it is warm. Typical Mosquito doesn't travel far. So I was thinking of spraying the grass, weeds and brush around my stand. If it works close to as good as in my yard I should be able to hunt without any repellent for deer to smell.
Worth a try but I wouldn't want to be spraying chemicals around my stand not knowing what the deer would think of it. I just use a thermacell
i've been spraying the areas around my mineral licks for years. deer seem to spend alot of time there with no mosquitoes
Great idea I mow and spray around where I feed the deer do not mind the smell and they appreciate the bug free zone.
