Giving rain the next 3 days ahead in southern mississippi, but still going no matter what. There is a cool front blowing in with this rain and the moon phase is looking in my favor. I even went borrow my father-in-law's crossbow incase i have to sit in a box stand all day in the rain haha. When there are big bucks on camera do what you must do!! Good luck everyone!!! God Bless
Rain in my forecast also, can't hunt the opener but Friday through sunday has chances of rain but should bring some good fronts in and maybe get the deer up on their feet.
Rain here too but fore some reason I love hunting in the rain especially when it's a light mist and a cool front is with it only down side besides getting soaked it tracking is way harder but that is a chance I'm willing to take
Rain here for our opener Saturday. I do not like hunting in the rain (bow wise) because it'll be my first deer. I don't want to risk loosing it because of the rain. We will see. A cold front is moving in Friday night - so the high is only 56* Saturday - so I know they'll be moving. Oi, sometimes being a beginner is no fun!
My opener is Saturday and we are looking at 80% chance of rain! As long as it isn't torrential I'll be there!
My opener this Saturday as well, season has been open for a while but I usually wait till the end of October but I can't take it I need to get in a tree. Should be a doe parade
