I have a Trophy Ridge Lite 1 quiver and the slide lock is coming off.. I called them and they asked for my name and address and are sending me a new one no questions asked! I was on the phone with them all of 2 mins. Thats great customer service! Just thought I would let everyone know, as its rare to get such good customer service anymore. Great people to deal with!
