Almost a year later, Mount is almost done!

    Longest I have ever waited for a mount, but man this guy does some good work, first time going with him and it sure won't be my last! 14 days of drying and some final touches before I pick him up. What do you guys think?

    That buck has some great character....a taxidermy bill is the only bill that after I pay it I smile....congrats to you and enjoy looking at that incredible animal

    That's about the average waiting time for a mount in my neck of the woods. I did get my 2015 buck back in August though, so that was only 10 months. My taxi said he wasn't swamped.

    The mount looks great. Really cool buck also. But, there is no way on earth I would want to wait an entire year to get a mount back. I know a lot of taxi's take that long, but that's ridiculous.

    It is tough to wait that long. It's been almost exactly 1 year on my mount and last I checked he hasn't even started yet! The guy doing mine does it as his side job so he generally takes a while but does good work from what I heard, I guess we will see. But yeah, it sucks that it's taking so long! :bigcry:
