Local farmer gave me permission to hunt part of his property it's a hillside that faces the east. All hardwoods except maybe 2 acres of golden rod at the foot of the hillside. I can only enter from either the top of the hill or the bottom due to property lines. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks

Depends on the wind and where you expect deer movement to be. Do you have a cut out from google earth or something?

Hunt the top in the mornings and the bottom in the evenings to play the thermals. Deer do the same thing. There are places that thermals can change the wind direction, so sit it and find out what the wind does at first light and last light.

Sorry photo is not clear. After some stomping around I'm going to place a stand at the bottom of hill at the left corner at the edge of power line. Looked like some decent trails. Other one spot behind the brown house for morning hunt. The fields are all over grown golden rod about 4 ft tall.

The deer are probably bedding in those golden rods/overgrown field so I'd steer clear of there until the rut.
