? poach deer in wv

    This guy had this deer posted on FB wv big bucks page then wv dnr had this posted on their site.
    Is this the same deer?

    If it is this guy is a whole bunch of stupid for posting on fb.

    By the way Wv DNR has taken down their pic of this deer. So it might of been the wrong deer that the DNR was talking about.

    Looks identical except the G1 on the left side doesn't appear to be curved like the trail cam pics, but this could be due to angle.

    not the same deer... if you look at the browtines, they are completely different

    You sure wouldn't think that if the guy "poached" the deer that he'd be dumb enough to put it on social media but I guess common sense isn't that common anymore?

    There is a case going on now of a Utah hunter that shot a deer in Wyoming out of season, without a license and had it on display at a hunting show in Utah. Stupid is as stupid does.

    Doesn't the WVDNR report say only the head was removed from the scene of the crime? The FB hunter appears to have the entire animal.

    look again, the first picture is just the head and front legs, and nothing behind them.
    the deer does look similar enough to make you question
