Does anyone wash their safety harness with the rest of their hunting clothes? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I soak mine in a bucket of water and scent free soap, hang to dry. Those buckles make all kinds of racket in the washer and dryer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes. The only thing i don't wash is my boots. If its a harness, pack, or ropes they all go in laundry bags. They don't bag around at all and stay clear of each other so they don't tangle up..
I put all my equipment in airtight bins with a box of baking soda, I then use an ozone machine and after that I put one of those natural earth scent wafers in the bin.
I washed mine in the washer with the rest of my hunting gear a couple nights ago. It reduced the banging and clanging. Then I hung it on the clothes line to dry. Seemed to work pretty good.
i put mine in the scent crusher gear bag. im gonna let ozone do its job and get rid of the odor. i wouldnt put mine in the wash but thats just me
Got a activated carbon bath wash soaking in a tote...hang dry and then always put in scentmaster box.
I put my harness in an old pillow case with some towels and such and wash it in the washing machine that way. I always wash towels scent free to lay down in my truck for my drive to and from the woods. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I have never washed mine but I spray it down "liberally" before & after each hunt. If not it would probably smell like a skunk that had been in another skunks ***. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes I wash mine. I wear it outside of my clothes mostly, but when I wear it next to my base layer, I wash it after a few times doing this. Especially in early season when I sweat a lot.
