I currently use Rage Hypodermics but for the past few weeks I have been binge watching Bowhunt or Die and watching them use the NAP broadheads and it has really opened up my eyes. For example the latest episode of Bowhunt or Die when the guy shot the pronghorn with the brand new NAP double blade broadhead and didn't make the greatest shot but the damage was still ridiculous. Also they don't require any shock collars or bands. Just figured this would start conversation. Thanks!
I have always liked new archery products stuff. They make high-quality items and they back them up. Their customer service is top notch Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
My dad and I have used NAP Spitfire broadheads for quite a few years. I shot Rage broadheads for one season. I still have a brand new pack unopened in my closet from about 5 years ago.
I'm gonna have to go with rage because it is a cut on contact a does damage before the main blades finish the job. A brand new broad head like rage will blow out both sides of rib cage almost every time
NAP for me. I shoot spitfires and they're great. Shot a doe a few years ago and after pass through and burying into a tree root it was still a functional head. Another great head NAP makes is the shockwave. You can pick them up for $19 bucks at Walmart and they are tough heads that fly great at a cheap price.
I am trying the NAP DoubleCross this year. I have been shooting Rage broadheads since they hit the market. Hypodermic is my favorite.
I bought a pack this year...they are super accurate with my set up. I like the combination of the rear deploying killzone type main blades and the Spitfire over the top bleeders. From what I've seen on my targets they will be deadly and open up big holes. They will be in my quiver. I had been shooting slick tricks the last few seasons, but I think I'm going to like the doublecross heads.
Used a NAP Spitfire for the first time on a bear hunt this spring with major success. Can't wait to use them this deer season.
I have had a bad shot or two with the rages and i have had recovery of each deer. BHOD is proof that the NAP products work as well.. I am going to Ramcats this year.. Excited to see what they can do!
I've killed a lot of deer with both. They both have impressive performance. I do prefer the blade retention system on the NAP's though. I'm switching to the Doublecross this year though.
Always a Nap head on the end of my hunting arrows. I can't see how anything else could get me better results. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I switched from muzzy to NAP KILLZONES years ago & haven't been disappointed yet. & like mentioned above you can find some pretty good deals on them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
