i learned after last year that bucks can grow WAY above what is usually expected for the time of year but will stall out WAY earlier than usuall also.. he's real nice but i would not expect him to get much bigger
Completely agree, he's nice but probably is nearing his potential this year. Some come out of the gates putting on a lot of bone, others have a more slow and steady approach.
Means he'll shed his velvet sooner. Balls on he end of the tines is what you wanna see. Great buck though!

Great looking buck. The real issue is what lies under the velvet......because it can often enhance the appearance of mass.
