Just curious what you guys on the forum are shooting. Single pin, multiple pins? I'm shooting single pin, bow shoots pretty flat out to 30yds.I don't get any shots over 20yds where I hunt it's pretty wooded and don't have much luck hunting fields. I'm going to Kansas in the fall and was thinking about adding a 50 yd pin. I know that's a super long shot compared to what I normally shoot. Obviously a shot that far is a last resort.

I shoot a single pin Black Gold Ambush Ascent single pin adjustable. I used to have a 5-pin Cobra. I prefer the clearer sight picture of a single pin.

I shoot a single pin HHA slider, I set the pin at 25 yards and threw the tape away I am comfortable shooting out to 45 yards with the single pin fixed.

I shoot same Black Gold Ambush Ascent single pin adjustable. Also don't like "clutter" of sight picture with multi-pin sight. Shot my Halon / Black Gold out to 72 yards this morning and routinely shoot setup out to 100 yards...helps me with accuracy at my actual hunting distances which are 40 yards and in. Hope this helps!

If you're taking a 50 yard shot I'd assume you are using a range finder, maybe not but if you do have one and plan on taking the time to range the shot I'd assume you'd have time to adjust your existing single pin to 50 and make a good shot. I love single pin sliders so I'd suggest just making a tape for your sight/bow setup that will accommodate 50 yard shots.

I shoot a 5 pin Trophy Ridge React. Considered switching to a single pin adjustable but not sure I wanna make that jump yet. Still contemplating it though.

I shoot MBG Ascent Verdict. Custom 2 pin. 20 & 30. bottom is my slider. Great sight. I love how you use the throne to select your tape.

Also if you're planning on hunting at 50 yards. You'll need a 70 yard pin to practice IMO.

    I shoot 3 pins set at 20 30 40. I'm accurate to 45.

I'm thinking of adding a 50 yard pin for 3D. I only use the top two for hunting.

I use a MBG Ascent 3 pin. Set the 3 pins at 20,30,40 with the 40 being a rover pin that lets me dial in to to about 90 yards for fun and target practice.

I prefer a five fixed pin sight dialed from 20 to 65 yards. 40 is my max when hunting but spots and 3-D are for longer yardage.

I shoot all three pin sliders, I however tend to set them differently then most.
    I run the pins 25,35 and 45.
Pins are always green, red, green . I float the middle pin so I have a frame of reference to make a shot after I adjusted the floater.

Trophy Ridge react one. I shoot a hoyt Nitrum 30 at #72. Its dead on up to the 30 yard mark after that it falls off. At 40 yard i have to set the pin at the 45 yard mark and shooting at 50 yards I have to set the pin at the 60 yard mark. I'm thinking of going back to a multi pin but have gotten used to the fact that I don't have a bunch of pins clouding up my view.
