Although it is a few years away when I finally draw a coveted Iowa archery tag, I ha e began my planning and saving. I have not narrowed down any outfitters (I do not have enough free time or vacation to scout and hunt public land) but I am looking for first hand experiences of Iowa outfitters in either zone 5 or zone 6. Any links, stories, contacts, or experiences of a good quality outfitters would be very appreciated! Thanks in advance!
I have used the same outfitter in Iowa twice and heading back there again this year. They only take a few hunters per year even though they have enough land to run 100 plus hunters a year like most outfitters. It is called Wicked Whitetail Outdoors in zone 4. The price is excellent and they have GIANT bucks! If you have any other questions just let me know.
Yes it is an open invite...info to any of the members here. Well almost all of the members, they don't let d bags hunt there. Since I am just an a hole they let me hunt there
