Has anybody seen this about the false advertising. I believe Scent Lok sued them over their ad campaign claiming the superiority of the Trinity system over activated carbon, and won last week. Any thoughts?
I'll leave my personal thoughts out of it, but do think it's important for people to understand the verdict that their false advertising claims were willful. In short it means they knew what they were saying was not true, but said it anyways. That's what the jury decided anyways.
That's why I put this up. I personally have their Spider web Outfitter Harness. The Trinity system was a definite deciding factor in my purchase. Dual purpose system, Scent control and Safety. I'm hoping they stand up and make things right, and if they don't willfully, that they are forced to.
