2 Bucks Still Carrying!

    Going through the pictures from my camera pull on Sunday and came across this picture and am shocked to see two bucks both with a full rack still. Already into April and they haven't dropped. Anyone else still getting pictures of bucks carrying antlers?

    I walked up on a buck yesterday that had 1 1/2" of velvet growth already

    I saw one on Friday still packing both sides. This mild winter made food abundant putting less stress on the deer, that's my take anyway.

    Havent seen any antlered fellas running around out here on Long Island!! Thats crazy how they are still carrying!! Thanks for sharing your pic!

    I typically see a few bucks each year that carry into April. We used to have one on the farm I hunt that would go until the 14th or 15th each year before dropping. Certainly not an uncommon thing IMO.

    was on a group hog hunt this last weekend and one guy saw a four point buck. this was in central Florida.
