Hi Everyone, my name is Tim and I have a problem with purchasing hunting products. Last December I ordered some new camo. Jacket and Pants. Now apparently I have convinced myself that, that camo will be too warm for early mid season. Now I purchased another set of Jacket/pants for early/mid season. It's getting spendy.

    Anyone else have an addiction?

Not even close to an addiction yet. When you get Camo for every season, for every region and then have to update to the newest stuff every year, that's an addiction lol

I am the same way I was cleaning my shop and have 8 Dozen diver duck decoys I haven't used in years so I decided to put them up for sale. My wife says " Your selling 8 dozen decoys I cant believe you have that many." Actually I have about 18 dozen but she don't need to hear about that. I have the same addiction but now I wait out for feedback before impulse buying.

I'm hooked on buying anything hunting related, I just don't really need much more. My inventory is pretty big!

If you're looking for a cure, just confess to your wife, full disclosure about cost. You'll be on a budget in no time. Haha

A long time ago I used to spend all of my chore money on fishing gear. I figured out that I had enough and couldn't carry all of it with me when I went fishing so I stopped. I still have more than enough and haven't bought lures for a couple years, just the occasional hooks, jigs and weights.

Yup I spend way too much money on hunting related stuff. But in most cases I use it more than once so I guess its a better addiction than other stuff.

I have the essentials... Bow and accessories, 3 year old hunting clothes, and my stands. Really only buy minerals and little odds and ends each year.

One thing I am addicted to buying... Ice fishing jigs.
