Got a call on Sunday afternoon from my Taxidermist. Got him picked up that evening and hung on the wall as soon as I got home. I'm really liking this form. It's the McKenzie 8900 Semi-upright which I believe was new last year. One of the challenges we had with this buck was the lack of a G2 on his right side. He busted that off real early in the season. I never even had a trail cam pick of him with that G2 intact. I think this pose really hides that weakness well while really emphasizing his strong side.
Busted!!! I haven't had a chance to sit down and get it all edited out. Part of it is that I'm not too proud of the shot placement, but it is some good footage aside from the shot so I still plan on getting it put together. First time in a long time that buck fever really got me
