Just bought a Spirit. I am going to pick up an impulse 34 and New Breed Gx2 most likely. If I don't like either of them I will grab another E32 to replace the one I just sold.

I've shot the new Elites and Mathews, still waiting on the new Bowtech's to shoot. But honestly, nothing is better than my two year old Experience for me, so I'm going to keep on shooting it.

Man the E32 is sweet. I shot the I34 but just couldn't bring myself to get rid of my Energy just yet

Just picked up a Halon 7. Now does anyone have any opinions on sights. I've shot with a Axion the last 5 years but was wanting to get into something with 3 pin and a mover pin.

I'll be shooting a Defiant Turbo with a 3 pin Tommy Hogg that I just mounted on it last week.

Let me know how the BT-X is. I'm very partial to BowTech and was really looking at those. I'm shooting a Carbon Knight now but looking to upgrade to something a little more high end since I've really taken to bow hunting the last 2 years. RPM 360 is also another high consideration for me. And since I just noticed your signature says BowTech Pro Staff, you seem like a really good source! You can always PM if message would be lengthy. Thanks!

I'll be sticking with the HTR for another season. Plan on shooting all the new bows soon though.

I am getting the same numbers out of the Spirit with the same specs ...except it's lighter in mass weight. It's shoots and holds as good as the 32 for me.

If I decide to get another 32 if will only be so I can get 65 pound limbs .

The Elites have always intrigued me based off of what everyone says. I've only ever drew one back never fired or shot enough to truly get opinion but the draw was smooth.

I've learned a long time ago I've never been able to justify a brand new bow from a main manufacturer, the price tag never has given me what I felt the sticker should...so I've only ever bought one brand new bow and it is the Mission Venture that is still slaying beasts yearly.

That is why the new Mission Ballistic 2.0 has me intrigued. Word is it draws much better than the bow it is replacing, lighter and slightly shorter axle to axle...if I like how it draws and shoots...I may be able to justify this, otherwise a used E32 is always on my watch-list.

All of this is if I decide to switch bows. My Venture is more than capable and not that old yet IMO...but anymore anything older than 2 years is ancient to some folks.

The Z3 from Mathews also may get shot as I know my pro shop has one coming.

I'm with you on the sticker shock on these things now days. I used to buy a new one every other year at least, but with other financial obligations, etc., I can find other hunting related items to spend that money on. I just don't understand where the cost is coming from on these things today. Material prices have gone up some, but the amount of materials and design costs surely haven't risen to the point of selling these things for $1K. Whats next? The big companies starting a finance branch so we can afford them?

See that is just it though...material cost is proven to not be as high when a company like Mathews has a Mission line...true different sciences in them at times, and not always this year's tech, but proves cost to produce isn't the reason for the price. It is strictly because they know there are enough people out there that will pay whatever the price gets to for the bows....so they do it.

Personally I'd love it if Elite would have a alternative line but I completely get why they don't and they typically can be had cheaper than a Mathews so may not be the best example.
