This past weekend was definitely a good time to be in the woods here in Ohio! Last year was my sisters first ever year hunting with a compound bow and she was able to get a big doe middle of October and now again she got it done in October ... This buck came in around 6:15 on October the 18th , She waited until he gave her a perfect broadside shot at 20 yards and made an awesome shot on this deer and he ran about 60 yards before crashing ! She was pretty shaken up and told me later she had to talk to herself to keep calm enough to make the shot haha ....she definitely deserved this deer , she's been hunting for about 8 years now and has never had a chance at anything close to this size and to get him with a bow is even so much better... I think she's totally sold on bowhunting , she's definitely going to be addicted for life ! It was without a doubt the best day I have ever spent out in the woods ... Haha oh and the look in her eyes when she seen a white belly in the distance was priceless---
