Last week, after 8 years with the Mathews Switchback I went over to my local Archery shop interested in shooting the two new bows. I had read reviews, specs, and feedback on both the No Cam HTR and the Z2, and on the way over there i was 75% sure i was going to go with the Z2 because it's cheaper and i really like the look of it better. After i got there and talked with the guys a little bit they had me shoot both bows, back to back and i was blown away! This No Cam is the smoothest shooting bow i've ever shot! The Z2 wasn't terrible, but shooting it right after the no cam made it seem like you were shooting a .30-06 lol. Quiet, smooth, and FAST!! Needless to say i walked out of there with the more expensive bow, and they even knocked 100$ off!!!!
I think you will like the bow more as you shoot it. I shot a No Cam and a MR6. I like the MR6 but the No Cam almost shoots itself. Godlike with it this year and lets see those pics!!
Berwickbuckmaster, I shot the Mathews HTR this weekend. It is the smoothest bow I've ever shot. I love it. I won't be upgrading anytime soon, but definitely impressed. I got a great deal on my PSE Drive LT and enjoy it. I'll get 3-5 years out of it and can't justify upgrading right before season.
