So I ordered another string from Bill last week for a new recurve I acquired. In my haste to open the package last night I cut about half the strands in the string with my pocket knife. (expletive / facepalm) So I contacted him this morning and asked him to send me another invoice so I could buy another. He sent me an invoice for basically the cost of shipping with the string cost discounted from the total. I gotta tell ya thats about as good as it gets IMO. My idiot move damaging the string was no fault of his. So I felt it was worth some good feedback here at the very least!! Thanks Hutch!!

recently i got the new set of string from hutch...my complaints was for peep rotation that i could not quite fix...and he send me a complet new cable and string..that's awesome..thanks Bill!! now i order new set strings for my buddy..
I just got my new set today and was very careful NOT to cut the strings. Lol Butvyes,hutch has the best service out there.

Yep Hutch is awesome. Last year I was having serving separation issues on my old Experience. He tried a different serving technique and sent me a second set to try out without asking for compensation even though we weren't sure of the cause.
HNS strings are the only ones I'll buy...such great CS and strings. Doesn't suprise me in the least he took care of you that way TJ.
My 2013 carbon element. I almost got the 2105 nitrum for my staff bow this year but decided to keep the element because I like it so much.
