Lets say you win $7500 to purchase all new stuff for bow hunting (and you HAVE to spend all of it). Simply put, what would you spend it on? This includes ANYTHING associated with bowhuting.

have fun & lets see how creative people can get

Right now, considering my clothing and bow equipment is set, I would go purchase a Honda pioneer 500. I would only owe about a $1000. Lol

Since I am geared up pretty well and I can't use an ATV or side -by-sides on Pa public land, I would probably use it towards a down payment on land of my own. Either here in Pa or Ohio, something in reasonable driving distance which for me is 4-5 hours. Any longer and I wouldn't visit it often enough.

I would buy a few sets of merino wool base layers, and I would buy a top end set of cold weather bibs and parka so I wouldn't have to layer so much. Outside of that I'd save the rest to pay for a few years of leases and gas money so I could thoroughly scout them.

I would buy the Sitka system for big game and whitetail. That should use it all up and some new insulated boots.

I would put it into an account, draw on those funds every 3-4 years for a new bow, or pay for taxidermy and related expenses. I would make a food plot out of nothing but hostas.

    I would buy...

    A very good spotting scope.

A very good camera for filming.

A very good camera for taking pictures.

That $7500 would just be for the summer scouting wish list. I would need another $7500 to get most of the things on my hunting wish list.

If an elk hunt counts then definitely an elk hunt. But I wouldn't pay an outfitter, I'd spend it on gear like everything two people would need to stay in the middle of no where for a week, the license and tags, fuel there and back etc.
If that doesn't count as bowhunting related gear, well I'd buy a 4x4 four wheeler.

I'd prob put it towards an outfitter with lots of big bucks for my buddy & I. He's a medic with lots of work to do on his house and won't take much time for himself to bow hunt(but takes me when he can)so I'd take him and try to get him on a nice buck.
