Finally stuck a nice one

    was walking up the trail at my grandmas property in covington VA ( all mountains) and heard a bunch of what i thought were squirrels playing and messing around in the leaves above me on the next road. I heard what i thought was a crow making a noise but then i heard the same noise coming from 4 different spots on this little ridge above me. I finally realized that the noise i was hearing wasnt a crow but it was a buck grunt. So i made one back to it and i heard something running down towards me so i got ready, grabbed my bow, crouched down and waited till he stepped out and i let the arrow fly. Im not sure on how to score a buck so im just going by the measurements i usually take. he's 21 inches wide from the outside of the spread. Ive never been happier
