I don't think setting traps of any kind is legal. Isn't that a liability in itself? Funny video though!
Yeh, I would imagine one could go to the pokey for something like that. To each their own though... HAHAHAH!
It was just a paint bomb, and I feel his argument in court would be negated by the fact that he was trespassing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
"Hey me and my buddies were out paint balling in the woods and I guess we forgot one of our paint bombs. My bad"
They'll sue and win for just about anything these days, probably win too. Better to just shoot them and feed them to the hogs.....
Ummm, because it burns the **** out of them and causes bodily harm. In this instants no harm no foul. Although what if that fat slob of a hunter would have had a heart attack immediately following the incident or hours even days later??? I am sure it hurt the dudes pride more then anything being a internet celebrity! Which in this day in age is grounds to sue over....
I should have worded that better. Banks are never held liable for exploding ink packs, and they can do harm
What if you did this, but had signs posted warning trespasser of such non-lethal paint bombs....we all know trespasser don't follow signs so wouldn't stop them.
Just going on memory, I seem to recall this was an ongoing fight. The trespasser actually hunted on a neighboring property and crossed the property to get to his spot. The property owner told him over and over to stop and he wouldn't. Out comes the explosive paint bomb and both ended up in trouble. Only got probation but both were punished. Don't know if civil issues followed or not. That is all I remember.
His response is epic lol sometimes this stuff is better then the movies... Awesome video thx for sharing... I needed a laugh before going into work on the PM shift
