Can anyone tell me if the bottom lands are still underwater in Southern IL. Particularly, Clinton County? I'm seriously considering faking my own kidnapping to go hunting the first time this year. #HateResponsibilities!

I was just in the Carbondale area and didn't see any flooding.
The creeks were actually pretty dry.

I hunted Clinton Co yesterday morning along the river. I didn't see any standing water in fields, and the river level has dropped a lot in the past week.

That's a relief. I'm in need of a kill badly. Where about in Clinton CO do you hunt? I'm in the Jamestown area.
