I recently got a bow in a trade and I am new to bows and was wondering if anyone can help me identify it or if they have any info on it? It says Jeffery Enterprises and it also says .44 Magnum lower down the bow. I looked up a picture of a Jeffery .44 Magnum compound bow and they look alike, but I wasn't exactly sure because I can't find any additional information about it online. Any input at all would be greatly appreciated.

Not a Darton. Made by Jeffery Archery, no longer in business. That is an old bow, if I remember correctly it has a wood riser?

Are you able to post a picture? It'd make a bit easier to help identify.

Circa 1981 bow. All wood and has about 25% let-off. Early compound bow. I would think that it would have very little value unless you just happen to find someone that is an avid collector and even then not much. Might be worth a hundred bucks as a conversation piece to hang on the wall of a game room. But, I continue to get surprised what some people will pay for things.

    Jeffery Archery still in Business

Jeffery Archery is still in business, just moved a few miles away from previous locations. Owen Jeffery recently passed away, a legend, but his son Tom is still there and they have a great operation.
