Oct1 ooooo so long.

Good morning everyone so who is at work today and just wish we could get out and hang some more tree stands today like I am.

 

I`m also here at work and yes it feels like forever! 2 weeks to the day, and we`ll be knockin` em down!! Good luck

 

I'm not working... but still I'm bummin'
October 1st can't come quick enough!

 

Will be in a stand this day next week! Going for bear but, still out in the woods!

 

It's good to see i am not the only one going crazy for oct1 to get here lol but all i got on my cam right now are some doe's so i may take one on open day.

 

I'm lucky, here in SE Pa (WMU 5-D) we can start taking antlerless this Sat! Regular archery is Oct 4th.

 

Dude you are so lucky the wating game is killing me lol, so what time in the morning are you all going out.

 

I don't do morning hunts until the rut starts to kick in. But, Sat evening I'll be sitting very close to a couple of HUGE white oaks that are dropping acorns like crazy. Deer crap everywhere!!!!!

 

Sounds like a good place but where i hunt mornings are the best times and nights are crazy dead l crazy how some areas are like that.

 

Same with me! One little property (3 acres) the only time I have seen deer in the PM in the past 26 years was during a deer drive about 25 years ago. Can't wait for Oct 1st here in IL...

So happy i am not the only one lol man i got the head cold that is going around i hope i am over it on open day

 

I'm scheduled to get a new tattoo on Oct 1st, I'm rescheduling it tomorrow cause I just can't miss the IL opener!

 

Good call on that one buddy can not miss that oct1 lol so what cool tattoo you are going to get.

 

It's going to be a tattoo for my wife. It was the best day of my life and I can't believe she puts up with me! I'm taking a few pictures from the wedding and having them be the tattoo pretty much. There is going to be two birds in it a few flowers that were in her bouquet, there was a big archway we were married under that will be in the background. Some other things that were in the park. Really excited about it. Should equal out to be a half sleeve.

 

Wow man that is amazing that you are doing that i am so happy for you i am the same way i have no idea how my wife puts up with me also me talking about hunting 24/7 lol.

 

I know I am... damn work...

 

I am so ready to spend a nice day out of work and in a tree. My buddy sent me a pic of the black bear he took the other day. That did not help the waiting game.

Hear you man my friend is bear hunting also but i also found out i do not have the flu i have a tick under my skin in my armpit i am so sick i need to get in and get it out.

 

I've got ants in my pants. Antsy is an understatement. I'm having a hard time functioning with anything else not related to hunting.
