Is this a drop tine?

I've got several shots of this buck but this is the best one. It looks like a drop tine to me. What sayith the group? If that's a drop, I'm pretty excited to hunt one with a drop tine.

Dang it, I was afraid y'all would say that. It kind of looked like velvet to me to but wishful thinking had me believing it could be a drop tine. That's why I wanted opinions from people that are more experienced looking at camera pics.I've got pics of him two days in row with whatever that is. Camera is still out,we'll see what the next pull says of him.

Velvet but a great buck none the less. I killed this buck the second day of bow season in 2010 and he was just starting to rub and I decided to get it mounted like that.
