I did outside last year. But this year I am going to use my rock climbing harness. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
outside early season cause I basically wear a light long sleeve shirt...and then I wear it inside for late season cause I wear a coat once I get in the stand so it goes under that coat... in late season I walk to my stand sights with little on as possible cause I sweat a lot and easy, I wear a tee shirt with the harness over it, but once settled in the stand I change my shirt and then put harness back on over that shirt then put my heavy coat on over the harness, and has never been a issue for me
I wear it both ways. I start in the stand with it on the outside, but if it gets cold I put on an another layer... over the harness. That way I don't unhook while in the stand.
I wear it inside my jacket later in the season. I like the pockets on my jacket better than the ones on my safety harness, thats pretty much the only reason.
I have just always worn it on the outside. I found that last year, during the day was warm. Took a jacket with me as the evenings would cool off a bit. I would just put the jacket over the harness.
Whats a safety harness?? Purpose?? But seriously, on the outside in early season and inside in late season!
I'm with the rest of the guys. Outside in early season when I have light clothing on, then inside when the heavy jacket comes out.
Inside whenever possible. Even in warmer temps I usually have a light coat I wear and put it over it. I do wear it over my pants though unless it's real cold and I pull out my bib's. As for my reason, I just prefer to not have anything extra on the outside of my jacket that could by chance interfere with my bowstring.
I use a basic harness--not an expensive HSS vest or anything. Don't know if that'd change the way I wear it, but I've always worn my safety belts and harnesses outside of my camo and I will stay that way until it quits working for me.
Inside but like others stated. Its outside when I'm not wearing my jacket in early season or on my way to the stand.
It always goes over my long sleeve T or pullover light weight fleece. If I'm wearing a jacket, it's on the inside. If its warm and I'm not wearing a jacket, I guess it's on the outside. I love the strap slit in my Gamehide Jacket. Makes it very comfortable to have underneath.
