Which is the better bow. I don't have the chance to shoot them so I need opinions please!

There both fine bows. However I just don't get along with the Elite grip. They shoot very good there just not for me. So for me I would pick the helim.

You clearly want to get rid of your Heli-M something fierce. As the others have told you previously, none of them are the better bow until you've shot them. For example, I went in to buy a bow last year. Had my mind made up on a Mathews. I walked out with a Hoyt.

Some would say a Cadillac is better than a Ford F150. But you can't drive a Cadillac in the woods. So I prefer the F150.

In short, as the others have said, don't trade a bow that you can't shoot.

Why are you so unhappy with the Mathews Heli-M?

I think the backwall, valley, and draw cycle are far superior to the mathews. The mathews has the advantage for a couple of fps but the doesn't outweigh the other benefits if the elite. I also believe you bought your helim used from a buddy, correct? On the helim you don't have a warranty but with the elite you get the lifetime fully transferable warranty. And I also believe the hunter comes with a significant amount of accessories? So overall I would go with the hunter.

So with the elite you will get a full warranty which is great if you ever need service.

Didn't you say that the elite comes with a few accessories as well?

It's still a very good trade for the elite.

I love my Helim. 3.5 lbs and pretty darn quiet. Great back wall and smooth shooting. But best advice is to go shoot both

You can listen to what other people say all you want, but that shouldn't be what you make your decision based on. The Assassin or the Hunter can shoot well in hundreds of other peoples hands but may feel like crap to you. This gets beat to death, but the absolute best way to decide is to shoot them yourself and make your own decision.
