I was have trouble with my Tru Fire release that is about 10 years old. So I called Tru fire corporation and they said to send it in. I mailed it on Monday it got there Wednesday. The UPS man just dropped it off today. They replaced the jaws and the spring for free. To me that is best consumer service around.
Always great to hear about companies that still remember why they are truely in business! Its not always all about the dollar!
Excellent company to deal with, right here in the midwest. I have the hardcore Max, and bought a second one just in case.
With all the products on the market customer service will separate the big boys from the wanna bees in the end.
I like hearing these stories instead of the so many negatives that are all to common nowadays. Makes me even happier seeing as I have and use a Tru Fire. Good stuff!
