I just ordered one this morning. I have always used the wrist strap. Will post my thoughts after shooting it.

I have had it for 2 months now and it is a really good release. My groups have gotten tighter. Your form improves because the release make you have your back straight up and down. Not at an arch. There aren't really any cons that I have had with this release. It is worth the money

I have one...I can't use it to save my life. My paws are too big and thumbs are just way too long and the trigger ends up almost at the base of my thumb.

Would sell it for a decent price.

I've also been contemplating switching to one as well. I have the hardcore max wrist strap and love it, would like the try the finger release.

I picked on up last year and for my first thumb release I liked it a lot. For the most part the "clip" works well and doesn't fall off your bow when in the stand. It isn't fool proof though as it did happen to me once last year. Having to climb down to get it sucked! Aside from that I thought it was a good entry level thumb trigger release for hunting.

With that said I picked up a Scott Exxus this year and am much happier. The trigger is a lot more crisp and i enjoy being able to lock it onto my string loop when I get to the stand. Unless I hit the trigger it's not coming off. The down side of high end thumb releases is they are pricey!

All in all I think the Hardcore is a good release and will certainly do the job provided you do yours.
