How much are your tag prices... I applied today for a second tag... $47 now... seems to go higher each year.

$42 for hunting and archery license here which comes with one buck tag. In certain areas its $32 for a second archery buck tag, and $10 for as many archery doe tags as youd like to buy.

I spent $33 on my license and my brother in law paid for tags, which was $45 a piece. And in Nevada, we get one buck each.

$25 for our license. 3 bucks per season. 2 does a day with no limit. Plus that covers turkey, hog, basically everything except migratory birds.

In Pa I pay $20 for a general license and $16 for an archery stamp. In Ohio the NR fees come to about $150-175 I think after I buy the either sex tag. I haven't bought them yet this year so I can't remember exactly what it was.

Yep. $40 gets you sportsman's and 6 tags. You can buy extra doe tags that are $10 for 3 if you tag out. 1 buck, 1 hunters choice and 4 antler-less is what the sportsman's comes with. Not bad at all.

PA is 36.50 for Hunting/Archery tag. Then 6.70 for an anterless tag. Pretty cheap IMO. I can't believe the cost of some states resident tags. I certainly wouldn't complain about an increase here though. Money well spend for me.

If I remember right either sex and 1st antlerless are 28 a piece and hunting license is about the same. Each extra antlerless tag is 13. This year adding a $600 elk tag!

Illinois archery prices are $26 for a combination permit, either sex and antlerless only. Individual antlerless only are $15.50. Only way to get a second buck tag is to buy another combination permit.

A couple years ago you could send in a paper application about this time of year and get a single either sex tag for $15.50. Think they stopped doing it or something, haven't heard any thing on it the past few seasons.

Hunting license is $12.50 and need a habitat stamp which is an additional $5.

    Archery turkey tags are $5.50.

Same, I was very surprised at some of the prices people are listing.

As others have said - PA is cheap. $36.50 for archery/hunting tag. $6.70 for a doe tag...$6.70 if you want to try for a second one if there are left overs. Then it was $10.70 to put in an application for an Elk tag. If drawn for that - it'll be over $150. But chances for those are very, very slim.

I bought a lifetime license for $200+ a few years ago. That counts as my general hunting license and saves me $23 a year but will pay for its self in a a handful of years.

    Hunting License- $23
Big Game (Bear/Deer/Turkey)- $23 (Includes 3 antlerless and 3 either sex)
    Archery- $18
    National Forest Permit- $4

That is what i buy each year for VA, so $45 out of pocket and $68 if not considering lifetime license.

    Muzzleloader- $18
    Extra Doe Tags- $18
    DUck Stamp- $10

Those are the only extras i have ever bought, but dont get them on a regular basis.

Price goes up but we see no benefit. No habit acquisition or improvement, nothing! Just pay more money.
