I got a pack to put in my Easton arrows and it says on the back fits standard size Easton carbon arrows which is what I have but I can't get these nocks to fit for the life of me. Anyone else have this problem?
No go on the wax. The nocks have real little nubs on them and that's what is holding it back know from sliding in. Not sure what's going on lol
Make sure you have the right nock size. Standard is a irrelevant term now, there are at least six different arrow nock sizes now and everyone is shooting something different. What arrows are you shooting? Sent from my IPhone 5S.
Yeah I bought a pack last year and didn't pay attention to what I bought. My Gold Tips take a different size. Once you get them to fit you will love them! I would shoot one a couple times so you can practice turing it off.
Another quick tip.....take a little smudge of string wax and run it over the hole on the nock (where you turn it off). It will seal it up so when your arrow passes through, it won't fill the inside of the nock with blood. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That sounds like a good idea, I am going to have to use that this year. I also did hate how you shot an animal once with them, and then they are practically useless. Sent from my IPhone 5S.
Sounds like a good idea. I've had arrows get blood in them and then my nocks fill up and my broadhead couldn't be demoed because of the dried blood on the threads. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
