I'm not going to list any names, I don't feel making it a popularity contest is useful. However I will contribute, my dream team would be a team of people that sign up as a commitment and follow through during season with effort and good participation in the team thread. I don't care if not everyone provides points but I would be very happy if everyone follows through with the commitment by participating and putting out the effort. No shows or onetime check ins aren't cool.
