I usually buy thermacell cartridges and pads. Deet. Corn. mineral. and scent blocker gear(detergent and spray). Broadheads. Usually at least $200 a season. Whats do you spend?

oh, jesus. Counting tags, I spend a lot.
Non-resident white tail tags in 3 states, (plus elk this year,) food plot, a month's worth of food, updated gear, clothes, a dozen arrows per year...random gear. Gas ??? eeek.

Not going to total it up but you get the idea. I don't think I even really want to know how much my venison costs per pound.

Just depends on several things, like how much extra money I have, how much time I'll have to hunt, etc. I bought all new gear last year and spent somewhere between $4-5K including stands and new bow rig, etc..

    If we count food plots....oye.

Not very much out of my pocket other then buying hunting tags. Usually get enough in gift cards to cover everything else I need. Some where in the range of $500 - $700 a year.

    So far I've picked up...

    Two trail cameras ( Moultrie M-990i and M-880i )
    2 boxes of 380
electric foot pedal for my meat grinder
Work Sharp knife and tool sharpener

Yeah, my Element was easily $2K of that cost by the time I equipped it and bought shafts and broadheads and a couple new releases. The most costly thing I'll be buying for a while now is probably trail cameras and batteries.

I probably spent $1500 dollars already this year between my new bow, trail cams and some other things but I should be in good shape for a while!! Normally I would say $300-$400 dollars.

I spend around 3K a year on average.

The way I look at it is --- now that I gave up my golf membership, bowling leagues, softball all summer long and drinking with the buds after work once a week I am actually saving my self around 10 K at least!

I really don't know and don't want to know. Every year I tell myself I have pretty much everything I need and all I will need are my tags and some scent products. Then every year I find myself buying something that I don't need but for some reason think I do.

Hoping this year I can get by on $200 including tags.

Gas is where it gets me. $30 a trip(currently) and probably hunt a good days 20-30 days a season.
