Hey guys looking at buyin a matthews boy. I've heard from some guys that have bought this yrs' bow that they like models they have from last yr. chll R, vs reezin, vs monster, etc. etc.

So in your opinion which is the best bow made by mathews and why?

I like my z7. Ive shot the zxt, the creed, and the chillr also. The zxt shot great. The creed i didnt find anything special about. It was nice but not 1000 dollars nice and the chillr was terrible. I shot all bows at 70 and the chillr i really had to muscel back half way through the draw cycle. So out of all of them id probably shoot the zxt. I liked it the most out of the three i shot brand new but my z7 shoots like a dream. Smooth, quick and quiet.

Too many nice bows. Try to find a dealer and shoot for your own opinion as everyone will give you a different answer. I shoot an XT and have shot the Z7 extreme and creed. all nice bows

I'm going to go with my ChillR. Very light. Very smooth. Duel cams and I like prefer the long axle height.

For me it's a toss up between the Z7x and the Chill. I just slapped a set of 75% rock mods on my Chill and that may have pushed it up to my favorite of all time.

Although like anything regarding bows I think it's all subjective. What feels good to me doesn't necessarily feel good to someone else. IMO you really can't go wrong with just about any Mathews you pick up, you simply may have to shoot a few to figure out which you enjoy the most.

I have an Outback, Z7, Z7Xtreme and now 2 HeliMs. In March (before the ChillX and SD) I wanted to replace the Z7Xtreme (it's 60 and I'm giving it to my brother) and shot all the Mathews bows along with others. I got another HeliM. I shoot that one the best of any bow I have ever shot (35+ years), especially with BH. It just fits me the best. ALSO, I shot the Hoyt Faktor & Spyder, PSE, Strother, Elite (2) and Bear. Again I bought a HeliM

I have a Switchback and a Chill R w/ 85% rock mods. The Monster chill series w/ rocks mods is hard to beat but the Switchback is still and will always be an awesome bow.

I love my Z7 Xtreme but cant say I have shot any of the newer bows. I did draw a couple thousand Heli-M while I worked there and can say I did not like them.
