Finally can get back to shooting. I sold my Ripcord back in March in order to get a new one and then Murphy's law kicked in literally the day after I sold it and my truck broke down so after that $200 plus a couple other un planned expenses my rest got put way on the backburner. Well finally scrounged up the money this week and got a Trophy Taker xtreme FC pro. Haven't shot it yet but I will be up at the but crack of dawn to get some arrows in. Just got done with the bench set up. Can't wait for the morning!

    A Man with a Plan!

You are not alone, I will be out here in the AM shooting as well. There is nothing better than a cup of coffee and your bow in hand. Good luck to you --->

45 Arrows at Sunrise, 20, 30, and 40 yards, no range finder. Pics at 40ish? of the 9th round, of five on the quiver.

Yup, it does its job when I do mine.
Also about the rest for the OP, I am running into year two with well over a thousand shots using the QAD Ultra Rest and so far so good.
Post a few pics of your rig or the shoot if you like.

Still working on tuning it in. I'm slow with it especially since I'm out of shooting shape. Also had to mow the yard.

It is amazing how fast "shooting shape" fades, that is something we all can relate to. Cut that grass and let the arrow fly!

Got it pretty close today. Shoot a couple 2" groups at 30 yards which is exceptional for me. Yesterday I kind of have up on tuning. When the wind is blowing 30 and gusting 40 it makes it hard to be confident in adjustments. This morning was much quieter.

Initial thoughts on the rest are is much quieter than the Ripcord was and for some reason seems to respond better to adjustments. That's probably just me though. Also I love the lever locking system they have for the activation cable. Makes it very easy for guys like me who aren't the best with serving and don't have a press at home. Only gripe I have so far is that almost all the adjustment screws are different size Allen heads. You would think at least the gang adjustments would be the same but not on this rest.
