I boil a pot of water and dip them in the boiling water for about 7 to 10 secs. I then take a fletching tool or box cutter and slowly remove them. The boiling water makes the fletching come off easier. Then take an adhesive remover and clean the shaft where the fletching was.

There are several commercial tools like the bohning stripper that work well. I've had really good results using a potato peeler as well

Did the package not tell you the fletchings were blue?

Very very carefully cut it with a box cutter, then take some acetone and strip the rest of the plastic and glue.
