Just curious, how many LW users use the built in bow holder? I was in the tree yesterday practicing/simulating, had to screw in my camera arm then bow arm, and thought I would try the built in holder. seemed to work great for my PSE Dna. It leaned quite a bit forward, but I figure I can grab it by the top cam and pull it up to me. it's one less thing to do once I get in the tree. I plan on putting some camo hockey tape around the edges to dampen the sound. who else uses it? I've heard a few complaints that certain bows don't fit.

I don't use it. My bow sit between my legs inside the top of my Lacrosse boot.

Do you know they have the rubber grommet for it? No need for tape then.

The make (or made) an adapter to fit the Z7. Or at least my brain tells me I got one & the Z7 I had fit. I have been wrong before.

The rubber grommet does not fit the newer stands with the wolf shaped bow holder. Unless they've started making one recently.

I use the bow holder. I had to tape it up or it would scratch the **** out of my bow. But it works fine.

No, I like using a bow hanger. I use the realtree 3-piece one.

Realtree EZ Hanger for me... I like my bow up high so when I stand up I don't have to reach down for it... Plus I hate holding a bow the whole time I'm in the tree.

I was using a hme hanger, but figured if I use the built in holder, it's one less thing to do once I'm all set up. I'm already screwing in the camera arm, and an accessory hook.

My bow doesn't fit, or I would use it. I will be buying the bow holder from thirdhand and attaching it to the stand for this upcoming year.

Third hand bow holder is my favorite. I have one on each of my Summit vipers.

Not trying to derail the thread, A member ThirdhandMan posted this a couple weeks ago. I found the bow holder very interesting. I seriously may consider picking it up before next season.

No I don't. I'll be honest, my bow fits, and I love all my lone wolf gear, but that holder sketches me the "F" out- I'm a nervous wreck about knocking my bow out of it!

I'll use it once in a while but I don't consider it my bow holder. I'll carry a screw in type holder with me to use on long sits.

Just don't like the way it moves ever time I put any weight on the stand. I also taped up the holder to make it quieter when removing it and placing it in their holder.

I've used it in a pinch on my Alpha Hand Climber. Usually if I'm using that climber, it's a last minute "run and gun" setup where I don't want to bring a bunch of things with my (hooks and holders for the bow/quiver, etc.), so I will often use it then.

With that being said, it also sketches me out a bit :D
