I lost my HSS tactical bag in mid November....it fell off my pack. It contained my Bushnell Chuck Adams range finder, I had no idea where it was and came across it today. It endured 5 months of sub zero WI temps and about 3.5' of snow. Not only were the batteries still good but it works as good as the day I lost it. Great product in my mind, it proved itself very durable. uploadfromtaptalk1397058843246.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1397058863245.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1397058879840.jpg

Glad to hear this Chad because I had the exact same thing happen in November. Still hoping to find mine! Hate those snaps on the HSS pouches. They just don't hold.

I agree....don't put anything of value in those packs unless you secure with zip ties. They are designed for use with molle gear...like a tactical vest or bags. Most hunting packs aren't molle gear.

    That's awesome!

Sounds like there is a problem with those buttons staying put.

Chad you want to come down and help me find mine? I have a general idea of where mine is yet I still can't find it. Will be out looking for it again next week.

    Good stuff man.

Twice I've lost items and found them months later. Once I dropped a camo mag light and I found it almost exactly a year later and it still worked.

Another time I had a very similar pouch snapped on to a day bag and lost it. It had my Ohio hunting license in it but I was in Pa at the time. I found it 3 months later none the worse for wear. Of course I had already replaced the Oh license.

The HSS bag did provide awesome protection of the range finder though!
