I received my new Mathews Creed XS yesterday in the mail. I got it all set up today and have about 50 arrows through it. It's not as fast as my Z7 Extreme was, but seems to be a very forgiving, shootable bow thus far. Lord willing it'll aid me in putting down some Gobblers this spring! BHOD!

I'm not a big color "flair" guy on my bows….so it's pretty simple. I have a pine ridge archery Nitro 7.5" stabilizer from last year in Lost Camo. I took it apart last night and applied 3 coats of Rustoleum flat black "camo" spray paint to it…I think it turned out great and saved me some $.

I'm not a big fan of all the flair colors on bows either. That looks very nice.

    Chad,
Looking good.....I'm still debating on the change of bows myself. Any additional thoughts?

    Todd-

The XS has a super smooth draw….very solid back wall. I'm glad I made with switch….The z7 was hard to part with, it was my most favorite bow I ever owned. Hopefully I'll feel the same way about the Creed XS!

So I just shot another 30 arrows. This thing rocks....lights out the most accurate bow I've shot...New favorite I can't stopping smiling every time I shoot it. I probably look like a real creeper……:o

    Chad,

I shot the Creed XS a few weeks ago when we got Chase all set up. I do like it a lot....but I too feel a bit of a struggle parting with my Z7 Extreme. I was going to shoot XS again this weekend but ran out of time. Next weekend will be my time to shoot it again. I have a strong feeling that after reading the rest of the reviews from our team over the last couple of weeks, I will be sighting in the XS in no time and feeling the same as you. Thanks for the input. Let the turkey season begin...BHOD!!
